If you need to discuss session arrangements or have any questions, please reach out via email. I aim to respond within 24 hours.

For your safety and the effectiveness of therapy, it's generally best to keep therapeutic work within the session itself, unless we mutually agree otherwise.

Please note that the service I provide is not an emergency service. If you are in urgent need, contact the emergency services on 999, or attend your local A&E if possible.
